Ach, City Planner~~ <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />October 7, 1996 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Rezoning, Preliminary Plat and <br />Conditional Use Permit by <br />Derrick Investment Company, Public <br />Hearing Case No. ZC 96-14, P 96-9 and <br />CU 96-19 <br /> <br />Issue <br /> <br />The City Council is asked to consider the following applications: <br /> <br />Rezoning of approximately 15 acres from Rlc (Single Family <br />Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> <br />B) <br /> <br />Preliminary Plat request to subdivide approximately 17 acres into <br />6 single family lots and 15 townhouse lots <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />A conditional use permit request for site plan review of a proposed 60 <br />unit senior townhouse project as a planned unit development <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />· Ordinance No. 96- ., approving rezoning request <br />· Proposed development plans <br />· Exhibit illustrating single family lots along 193rd <br />· Minutes from previous Planning Commission and City Council meetings <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />At the last City Council meeting (September 16, 1996) the developer <br />presented revised development plans for a 60 unit senior housing townhouse <br />project that took into consideration several comments that were raised at <br />previous Council meetings and neighborhood meetings.
