Information <br />.ver <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: City Council <br />FROM: Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />DATE: July 20, 2009 <br />SUBJECT: Movie Scenes Filmed In Elk River <br />Chet Borger and Teresa Lambert with Lost Coin Productions, Inc., are making a movie <br />titled Prodigal. They have requested to film a few scenes in the Elk River area. For more <br />information on the production, please visit http://w-ww.lostcoin.ty/. <br />In August they will be filming in downtown Elk River and down by the Parish Avenue <br />bridge. These will be minor shoots.
