Due to the age of these boilers they are becoming a constant maintenance issue and results <br />from tests done on the water in the system showed poor quality, which is beginning to deteriorate seals <br />and cause equipment failures. New more efficient boilers will reduce gas consumption and reduce the <br />chance of broken water pipes in the winter months.
