Applicant shall provide garbage cleanup immediately following the parade. <br />2. Signs shall be installed at the following locations: <br />^ Main Street and Morton Avenue (alerting westbound traffic) <br />^ West of Orono Road at Main Street and Joplin Street (for eastbound traffic) <br />^ On Joplin Street at Orono Parkway (alerting southbound traffic) <br />^ Proctor and Main Street (alerting southbound traffic) <br />The signs shall state: <br />Main Street Closed <br />July 17 <br />6:30 pm.-8:30 p.m. <br />Parade <br />3. Applicant shall provide portable toilets and inform all parade staff of the location fox the <br />toilets during parade staging. <br />Background/Discussion <br />The Sherburne County Fair is scheduled for July 16-19, 2009. The parade is scheduled for Friday, July 17. <br />Information about this event can be obtained at: http://www.sherburnecountyfair.or~/. <br />The parade route will begin on Main Street at Proctor Avenue and continue to the fairgrounds via Orono <br />Parkway. <br />The applicant is requesting a waiver to listing the City as an additional insured for the insurance coverage <br />due to costs. Staff is willing to waive the requirement this year but will inform the applicant that the <br />requirement will not be waived in future years.
