RECITALS <br />A, Maas are the fee owners of the Real Property legally described on "EXH~BZT A" <br />attached hereto ~"Real Property"}, <br />~. The City has commenced a condemnation action, Court File No. 71-CV-08-160 <br />~"Lawsuit"}, to acquire the Real Property by condemnation under Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter l I']'. <br />C.
