Call meeting to order May 12, 2009 <br />John Dietz called the May 12, 2009 meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. <br />2. Consider Utilities Agenda <br />John Dietz added an item to be discussed under Other Business. <br />Daryl Thompson moved to approve the May 12, 2009 Utilities Agenda. Jerry Gumphrey <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0. <br />3. Consider Consent Agenda <br />Staff answered some questions from the Commissioners. <br />Jerry Gumphrey moved to approve the Consent Agenda as follows: <br />April Check Register <br />April 14, 2009, Minutes <br />Financial Reports <br />Daryl Thompson seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0. <br />4.1 Review Company Vehicle Take-Home Practice <br />At the April ERMU Commission meeting, staff was directed to look into the taxation laws <br />of the company vehicles that are taken home by employees.
