The FAST will ultimately become a series of unique districts <br />showcasing residential, office, retail and industrial uses within the naturalized setting <br />of Elk River. The master plan acknowledges significant transportation pattern changes <br />and respects uses adjacent to the study area. The master plan guides land use and '. <br />transportation changes for the area allowing near term investment always with an eye <br />toward the future vision. <br />^ <br />
