Signs must not be unsafe or dangerous and must be securely anchored. <br />(8) No more than one ~ permanent area identification sign shall be allowed per neighborhood, <br />subdivision, or development. However, if the neighborhood, subdivision, or development has <br />entrances on arterial and/or collector roads, then a single area identification sign may be allowed at <br />each of these entrances. Each sign shall not exceed 16 square feet in sign area and shall not e~ceecl <br />eight (8 feet in height.
