Additional structure setbacks shall be subject to the requirements set forth in <br /> Section 904.08 (2) (a) ii - iv. Any reference to the normal structure setback in these <br /> provisions shall be in accordance with the setbacks contained in Section 906.08 (2) (a) i. <br /> <br /> iii. Where structures exist on the adjoining lots on both sides of a proposed building <br /> site, and if the lot does not meet the minimum lot width requirements of this ordinance <br /> and if the proposed building site is not located in a shore impact zone or in a bluff <br /> impact zone, structure setbacks may be altered without a variance to conform to the <br /> adjoining setbacks from the ordinary high water level. <br /> <br /> [~ J~.
