The first phase included 22 <br />lots, the second included an additional 19 lots. This last phase will be located <br />on the westerly most portion of the approved planned unit development. <br /> <br />The third addition will include a horseshoe-shaped road south of 183rd <br />Avenue, providing access to the last 22 lots in the planned unit development. <br />The plat as presented is consistent with the preliminary plat as approved by <br />the City Council.
