Rezoning of approximately 14 acres from Rlc (Single Family <br /> Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> <br />B. Prehminary plat request to subdivide approximately 17 acres into 11 <br /> single family lots and 14 townhouse lots. <br /> <br />C.
