At this August 19 City Council meeting, Roger is <br />scheduled to give a general update on recreation activities. It should be <br />noted that the Recreation Board did not meet in July. Attached for your <br />review is some of the information included in the June 17 Community <br />Recreation Board agenda packet. This information includes the 6/17/96 <br />meeting agenda; the minutes from the May, 1995, meeting where long range <br />planning goals of the Recreation Board were discussed (this was an agenda <br />item at the 6/17/96 meeting); the 1996 guidelines for usage of outdoor <br />playfields in the city of Elk River; the June staff report as prepared by <br />Community Recreation Director Jeff Asfahl; and a June, 1996, draft of "A <br />Place to Go and Be".
