Sagging Insulation and Condensation <br />Mostly found at the south end of the roof structure sagging insulation could be the result <br />of condensation caused by voids in the vapor retarding system possibly exacerbated by <br />investigation. <br />Above are pictures of failed ridge sealant and for lack of a better term a dislodged ridge <br />dam. This could be the cause of some of the water infiltration. Almost all of the <br />caulking sealing the ridge dams has failed. <br />Above pictures show the sagging insulation and an area of finishes removed for our <br />
