The entire ordinance is too costly to publish. Staff <br />recommends the Council passes this resolution to publish the summary. <br /> <br />The next attachment is the proposed job description for the Housing Inspector. <br />This job description is flexible enough in the duties assigned to cover changes to this <br />position, if needed. The job description also spells out the qualifications staff feels <br />are necessary to this position. Staff recommends the Council approves this job <br />description by simple motion. <br /> <br />Lastly, staff is recommending the Housing Inspector is a pay grade 12. This is one <br />step below the Residential Building Inspectors who are at a pay grade 13. The City <br />may need to reconsider the pay grade at a future date when the exact duties being <br />performed by the Housing Inspector are fine tuned. <br /> <br />A pay grade 12 ranges between $23,920 to $38,979 annually.
