The checks were conducted on Tuesday, April 14th, 2009 during the hours <br />of 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Eric Balabon, Detective Elk River Police Department, Dale <br />Olmschied, Detective Elk River Police Department, Mark Lees, Community Health <br />Coordinator Sherburne County Public Health Department, and two under-aged youth <br />checked twenty-four businesses that are licensed through the City of Elk River. <br />Walmart, Inc. was the only business to have an underage sale. <br />Enclosed you will find two fact sheets for the City of Elk River.
