A. Who is not eighteen (18) years of age or older on the <br />date the license application is submitted to the Issuing <br />Authority; <br /> <br />B. Who has been convicted of any crime directly related to <br />the occupation licensed as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 364.03, subdivision 2, and who has not shown <br />competent evidence of sufficient rehabilitation and present <br />fitness to perform the duties of a pawnbroker as outlined in <br />this Section and as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />364.03, subdivision 3; <br /> <br />C. Who is not a citizen of the United States or a resident <br />alien, or is legally prohibited from working in the United <br />States; <br /> <br />D. Who is not of good moral character or repute; <br /> <br />E. Who holds an intoxicating liquor license under Sections <br />of this Code; <br /> <br />F. Who has knowingly falsified or misrepresented <br />information on the license application; <br /> <br />G. Who is not the real party in interest in the business <br />being licensed; or <br /> <br />H. Who owes taxes or assessments to the State, County, <br />School District, or City that are due and delinquent. <br /> <br />Corporate and Association Ineliqibillt¥. No license under <br />this Division shall be issued to an applicant that is a <br />corporation or other organization if such applicant has any <br />manager, proprietor, or agent in charge of the business to be <br />licensed: <br /> <br />A.
