MINNESOTA LAWS GOVERN. The laws of the State of Minnesota shall govern all <br />questions and interpretations concerning the validity and construction of this Agreement <br />and the legal relations between the parties and performance under this Agreement. <br />13. EFFECTIVE DATE.
