{e}~f Interference zvith ventilation. No sign shall be attached in any form, shape, or manner which will <br />interfere with any opening required for ventilation, except that signs may be erected in front of and <br />may cover transom windows when not in violation of the provisions of the current building or fire <br />code. <br />~l~ Clearance from electrical equipment. Signs shall be located in such a way as to maintain horizontal <br />and vertical clearance of all overhead electrical conductors in accordance with present electrical code <br />specifications. <br />{g}~ Lighting. One (11 freestanding_siQn~ not to exceed 150 square feet with a maximum height of 30 <br />feet Where a lot has in excess of 300 feet of street frontage, one (1) additional <br />Freestanding or Monument sign a=il1 be allpwed This sign shall be subject to the <br />size and height limitations of the first allowed Freestanding or Monument sign and <br />maybe Placed no closer than 150 feet to and other Freestanding or Monument si~•n <br />on the same premise. <br />c.
