Section 30-1. Definitions <br />Sign, Alteration of, means any change, reconstruction, relocation, or enlargement/reduction <br />of a sign, or of any of its component parts. If the angle is greater than ten <br />(10) degrees, the total area of both sides added together shall not exceed the <br />maximum allowable sign area for that district. <br />
