It would be a good idea as this area is <br />developed to provide sewer and water stubs from the building through the <br />paved and landscaped areas so that in the future these areas will not need <br />to be disrupted in order to connect to municipal utilities. <br />We have reviewed the proposed grades for the site as compared to our <br />preliminary plans for the upgrading of 171st Avenue and the construction <br />of Roosevelt Street.
