Attached is a MMUA article explaining the history of this <br />rule making and where we go from here. <br />Due to schedule conflicts, I will not be able to attend the APPA National Conference in <br />California. MMUA's summer meeting is August 8-lOt~ at Breezy Point, Minnesota. I <br />will be attending unless this commission desires otherwise. I would also encourage this <br />commission to attend. Attached is the tentative agenda. <br />
