Water P&L <br />Water usage is up 40% over last year due to warmer weather and the related revenues are <br />up 60%. Connection fees are down this month compared to last year but can vary greatly <br />from year to year and month to month. The Miscellaneous Revenue is from the <br />restitution money noted above for electric. <br />Pumping and Distribution Expense is high this month due to the maintenance costs for a <br />new flow meter and magnetic locator, and increased fuel costs. Interest and Depreciation <br />Expenses were addressed last month and the explanation is the same (a larger balance in <br />savings to draw interest from for interest, and a larger asset base to depreciate affecting <br />depreciation.) Administrative and General Expense has the same comments as addressed <br />above for electric. <br />~~ <br />
