<br />• A 200-mile, 345-kilovolt line between Fargo, N.D., and the St.
<br />Cloud/Monticello, Minn., area;
<br />• A 150-mile, 345-kilovolt line between the southeast Twin Cities, Rochester,
<br />Minn., and La Crosse, Wis.
<br />• A 70-mile, 230-kilovolt line in the Bemidji area of north central Minnesota
