R. <br />Industrial Park. The easement requested to be vacated is the standard drainage and utility easement <br />down the common lot line between Lots 8 and 9. As you are aware, Hutton and Rowe have proposed <br />to construct a building on combined Lots 8 and 9. In order to complete site development, the <br />drainage and utility easements between the lots will need to be vacated.
