The facility will be located on <br />a 3.1-acre lot in the Cascade Industrial Park. The plan includes 312 storage units in 9 <br />buildings. A single access is proposed from Jarvis Street and the facility will be enclosed with <br />a fence. No office or outdoor storage is proposed to be located at this site. <br /> <br /> <br />
