I look forward to working with you to find a workable solution to meet our water and power requirements. We are planning to build out 40,000 SF of raised floor space initially with the ability to add another 20,000 SF of raised floor-space in the future. For planning purposes, we will focus or} the 40,000 SF buildout. Water consumption is estimated at 60 million gallons per year or 114 gpm under full load. Estimated consumption will range between 70 and 114 gpm. We will require two water service feeds from different quadrants of the city water loop. The target completion date for the data center is mid-2007 with UHT planning to go online in late-2007. Permanent power wilt be required by late-2006 in order to be able to complete start-up and testing of systems components by mid-2007. The power consumption is estimated to reach 6 MW in the first 6 months of operation (mid-2008), 9 MW by 1st Quarter 2009, and 12 - 14 MW within 2 years (2010). Given the historical growth of this company and its propensity to grow through acquisitions and mergers, it is highly likely that we will meet or exceed these projections. Therefore, we will require the ability to achieve 12 to 14 MW within the first year if our demand exceeds projections. We are very interested in acquiring a second utility service as quickly as possible. The synergy (i.e. power demand) create by UHG and Target will more than justify a second feed to both facilities. We are very interested in learning how you propose to meet this requirement. I would appreciate it if you could respond with the proposed services you are able to provide to us along with a commitment on when we can expect these services to reach our site. We must move quickly so your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Please contact me if you have any questions or need additional information.
