At the Dec. 19`x', 2005 City <br />Council meeting, the council decided to utilize conventional bonding with all fixed rates <br />instead of utilizing MMUA's bond pool concept with fixed and variable rates. The <br />- bonding process is already well underway to secure our funds. <br />`hhere have recently been a number of good articles that are worth your time to review, <br />-- which includes the following: <br />1) Dec 16, 2005 A special Kiplinger Letter titled "Energy Outlook" <br />2) Dec 26, 2005 Star Tribune titled "Water supply can't meet thirst for new <br />Industry" <br />3) Dec 2005 issue of Minnesota Cities contained the following 4 articles: <br />a) "New Law Affects City CDL Holders."
