He is a graduate <br />of Auburn University where he obtained a degree in <br />mechanical engineering. Bryan has consulted with <br />hundreds of utilities, helping them convert the tech- <br />nicalprocess of providing high-quality electric serv- <br />ice into terms the customer can understand. <br />Bryan's previous experience includes serving as a <br />vice president at the Florida Power Corporation. He <br />is an accomplished lecturer and trainer in the' areas <br />of utility competition and strategic planning, key <br />accounts management, demand-side management, <br />customer service, and power quality.
