Also, it is a review of <br />OSHA and DOT Safety compliance of your program. <br />For the 2006 Year we Trained and worked on: <br />~ The required Trainings of AWAIR (Safety Program), Right to Know, <br />Blood Borne Pathogen & Emergency Preparedness. <br />~ The Safety Compliance Records & Files / OSHA 3001ogs completed <br />~ Fire Safety /Fire Extinguishers---Plan & Use <br />~ Excavation, Trench & Roadway Safety Requirements <br />~ Confined Space Entry & Procedures were reviewed <br />~ Job Hazard Awareness <br />~ The role of the Supervisor & Employee in a Safety Program <br />~ The Concerns of Drug & Alcohol Abuse in the Workplace <br />~ A Gopher One presentation on the requirements of the "One Call System" <br />~ A County Presentation on "Preparation for the possibility of a Pandemic" <br />~ Low Back stretching techniques presented by Ideal Health <br />The SP-9 evaluation format that I am using is detailed in your AWAIR Program. <br />(Here are the 9 areas and my observations of them.) <br />Employer Commitment: <br />• Very Pro-active. Safety is major a concern. <br />2. Employee Involvement: <br />• Good attitude. Good participation. <br />• The City Safety Committee tries to be very Pro-active and the Utility <br />representation is a great asset. <br />3.
