BROOKINGS-TWIN CITIES DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AGREEMENT <br />ATTACHMENT 3 <br />PARTICIPANTS AND PARTICIPANT ELECTION SHARES <br />There are sixteen Participants that have entered into Brookings-Twin Cities Project <br />Development Project Agreements with CMMPA for the Development Project. Subject to <br />CMMPA's written approval and prior to CMMPA's issuance of Bonds to fund <br />Development Project Costs pursuant to this Agreement, a Participant shall have a single <br />opportunity to switch from the original designation as an Agency or Open Participant as <br />set forth in this Attachment 3. CMMPA shall provide ninety days' prior written notice to <br />the Participant of its intent to issue Bonds and the Participant shall be required to provide <br />written notice to CMMPA of its desire to switch its original designation within thirty <br />days of its receipt of CMMPA's written notice. Ten of the sixteen Participants are <br />Agency Particpants and six are Open Participants.
