Construction equipment will be operating in the median, and on both sides of
Highway 169.

Motorists using Highway 169 should expect varying degrees of delays and inconvenience
throughout the construction period and plan accordingly. Two driving lanes for each
direction of travel will remain in place during the construction with some restrictions.

However, traffic flow will be shifted slightly towards the inside shoulder of the highway,
driving lanes will be narrowed from 12 feet wide to 11 feet with no shoulders, and a
reduced speed of 55 miles per hour will be in effect.
