PLA1~~~TING CRITERIA <br />A synthesis of the available design standards from the architectural and library <br />sciences industries, and the operating philosophies of the Elk River Library Board <br />and staff provided the following range of planning guidelines for determining <br />minimum space requirements for this facility.
