We take pride on appearance of our facility. We agree that <br />the fact outside storage of Trucks and Trailers at Metro Crravel should be expected in an industrial park <br />that exists in this SE area of Elk River. Most of their neighbors have outside storage without a <br />Conditional Use Permit.
