The attached site plan shows the location of the <br />proposed fence. <br />Staff has a couple of suggestions based on the proposed fence location. <br />The fence and storage area appears to encroach into the required front yard. A setback of 30 feet <br />from the front property line must be maintained. <br />The fence also appears to encroach into the required 25 foot setback adjacent to wetlands.
