RESOLUTION 96 - <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR A RENTAL DWELLING <br />LICENSES AND RE-INSPECTION OF A RENTAL DWELLING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council for the City of Elk River has reviewed the <br />projected cost to the city for the administration of the city's <br />Housing Maintenance Ordinance; and, <br /> <br />the City Council for the City of Elk River has considered <br />what cities with similar housing maintenance programs <br />charge for a yearly license. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the yearly rental dwelling <br />license in the City of Elk River shall be ~; /unit and that a re- <br />inspection (other than a follow-up inspection for corrections after the initial <br />inspection) shall be $ <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 22nd day <br />of July, 1996. <br /> <br />Henry A.
