THIS TRAIL WILL CONTINUE IN FUTURE PHASES OF MISSISSIPPI OAKS VIA <br /> A 20 FOOT WIDE T-RAIL FROM RIVERVIEW DRIVE EASTWARD TO T~ <br /> RiGHT-OF-WAY OF THE FUTURE CONCORD STREET. <br />3.
