Drainage <br />computations and drainage area maps showing both existing and proposed conditions <br />must be submitted with the permit application. The elevation of proposed pond's <br />outlet could cause flooding at TH 10 and Jarvis Street, as currently shown; this must be <br />remedied. Any questions regarding Mn/DOT's drainage concerns may be directed to <br />Mary Hondl of our Water Resources Section at 797-3053. Bill Warden of our permits <br />section may be contacted at 582-1443 for information regarding the permit process. <br /> <br />Grading within Mn/DOT right ofway will not be allowed. Any other use of or work <br />within Mn/DOT right of way will require an approved permit. The permit necessary <br />depends on the nature of the proposed work.
