ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL UTILITIES <br />Water -Bulk Rate <br />Availability: 24 hrs/day during non-winter months. Approximately April 15 thru <br />October 15. <br />Location: Bulk water filling station at 18561 Twin Lakes Road. <br />Rate: $5.00 deposit on plastic credit card which is refundable upon return <br />of card. ISO <br />Water rate of $.65/200 gallons =1 click on water dispensing unit. <br />Conditions: Credit will be allotted for unused portion on card. Careless or <br />wanton spillage of water at site can result in loss of privilege to <br />purchase water on a bulk water rate at this facility. <br />Water- Construction Site <br />Available: 24 hrs/day <br />Location: Any hydrant location agreeable to Customer and Elk River <br />Municipal Utilities. <br />Equipment: Elk River Municipal Utilities will provide a 2 Y:" (maximum) meter <br />and backflow preventer. <br />Monthly Rate: $150.00/ month plus cost of water at second step rate under General <br />Water tariff. <br />Approved <br />Adopted December 12, 2006 <br />Effective January 1, 2007 <br />
