The subject property is at the north terminus of <br />Baldwin Street which was originally platted to extend further north to serve <br />other parts of the Hillside Estates planned unit development. However, the <br />developer has redesigned the concept plan for Hillside Estates immediately <br />north of Baldwin Street and is now platting the area as a cul-de-sac.
