Lot 2, Block 1, Hillside Crossing South. <br /> <br />Zoning/Land Use <br /> <br />C-3 (Highway Commercial)/HB (Highway Business) <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />· Memo to Planning Commission, dated June 25, 1996. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />Phoenix Enterprises, LLC is requesting a conditional use permit to locate a <br />New Horizon Daycare Center in a C-3 zoning district. Licensed daycare <br />facilities are a conditional use in this zoning district. The daycare center will <br />be housed in the Hillside Crossing South strip mall.
