Lot sizes within <br />Mississippi Oaks 2nd Addition range between just over 10,000 square feet up <br />to 27,000 square feet for some of those lots that are adjacent to the <br />Mississippi River. <br /> <br />The subject property is divided into two residential zoning districts. The Rld <br />zoning district which requires a minimum lot size of 14,000 square feet and <br />the Rlc district which requires a minimum lot size of 10,000 square feet. <br />Generally speaking, the Rld zoning district applies to the lots in the <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
