An administrative <br />subdivision was approved in February 1996 which created the Church's 25 acre <br />parcel from a larger 38 acre lot. The proposed church will be located in the <br />eastern most portion of the lot, adjacent to County Road 13. This will allow for <br />expansion of the church or residential development of the remaining portion of <br />the Church's property which abuts Royal Oaks Ridge Subdivision.
