All of these <br />involve providing City sewer and water along with permanent bituminous streets and <br />storm drainage to existing neighborhoods. <br /> <br />To move these projects forward, the next step would be to consider the attached draft <br />resolutions receiving the feasibility reports and ordering the public hearings. You will <br />note from the draft report that staff is recommending all three public hearings be held on <br />August 5, 1996.
