If the reservation <br />is cancelled 31 days or more prior to the arrival date, the advance pay <br />ment will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. If the reservation is <br />cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, the $100.00 advance payment <br />will be forfeited.
