The plat involves approximately 7 acres of property <br />of which 6 acres will be platted into a commercial lot for Furniture and <br />Things and including right-of-way for the extension of a frontage road (156th <br />Avenue NW) and a residual piece labeled as 0utlot A. 0utlot A is <br />approximately a half acre in size and does not meet the City's lot size <br />requirement; therefore, staff would recommend a condition be made part of <br />the approval to attach Outlot A with the adjacent property. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
