A. The number of parkin9 spaces shall not be reduced <br />below the number required by Section 900.24(12) (B) of the <br />City Code or Ordinances. Garage spaces required shall be <br />for the sole use of the dwelling's tenants. Dwellings built <br />legally with a lesser number of parking spaces than <br />currently required by Section 900.24(12) (B) shall be <br />required to provide adequate parking spaces based on need <br />and space available. <br /> <br />B. The required parking space must have a minimum width <br />of nine (9) feet and a minimum length of twenty (20) feet. <br /> <br />C. Ail parking spaces must be surfaced with asphalt or <br />concrete. <br /> <br />D. Curb guards and/or guardrails must be provided for <br />parking spaces situated above retaining walls. <br /> <br />E. An unobstructed path must be provided between parking <br />areas and the dwelling unit. <br /> <br />F. Lighting must be provided for parking areas and <br />walkways between the parking area and the dwelling unit. <br /> <br />G. Driveways leading to parking areas and/or access ways <br />to buildings must be maintained and kept in good repair. <br />Parking areas and driveways shall be hardsurfaced with <br />asphalt or concrete. <br /> <br />H. Unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles are prohibited <br />at the premise. <br /> <br />1007.18 - DISORDERLY TENANTE <br /> <br />1. Responsibility - It shall be the responsibility of the <br />licensee to take appropriate action following conduct by persons <br />occupying the premises which is determined to be disorderly, in <br />violation of any of the following statutes or ordinances: <br /> <br />A. Minnesota Statutes 609.75 through 609.76, which <br />prohibit gambling; <br /> <br />B. Minnesota Statutes 609.75 through 609.324, which <br />prohibit prostitution and acts relating thereto; <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br /> <br />
