year payback minimum. Targeted buildings include, at a minimum, all fire stations (17), <br />four community centers, and eight senior centers with a combined area of over 500,000 <br />square feet. This represents about a quarter of the total City building inventory of 2.2 M <br />square feet. If the package of eligible buildings does not seem sufficiently large to <br />attract ESCO bids, additional City buildings will be considered.
