Heritage Preservation Commission <br />May 22, 2007 <br />Page 2 <br />Other <br />a. February 13 minutes -Chair Lindberg will provide staff with changes so the minutes <br />can be approved. <br />b. Preserve NIlV Workshop, June 12 -Chair Lindberg expressed interest in attending <br />c. National Preservation Conference, October 2-6, 2007 -Commissioner Nadeau, <br />Lindberg and Harris expressed interest in attending, however, none can attend the full <br />conference. <br />d. Commissioner Gongoll resignation -Commissioner Gongoll resigned from the HPC as <br />he has been appointed to the Sherburne County Historical Society Board. Staff will give <br />his letter of resignation to the City Clerk to start the process of having another person <br />appointed to the HPC. <br />8. Schedule next HPC meeting and Identify Agenda Items <br />The next regularly scheduled meeting for the Heritage Preservation Commission will be held <br />on Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at 5:30 p.m. The items to be discussed include the minutes, <br />Downtown Redevelopment Task Force Update, Planning Commission items (if there are <br />any), and the Archaeological Dig. <br />9. Adiournment <br />Commissioner Lindberg adjourned the meeting at 7:10 p.m. <br />
