MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Housing and Redevelopment Authority <br />FROM: Lance Lindberg, Heritage Preservation Commission Chair <br />DATE: July 5, 2005 <br />SUBJECT: Plan for Area in Old Town Land Use Designation <br />The Elk .River Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) is considering a few issues in that <br />part of the city that is situated in the Old Town Land Use designation. The HPC is <br />interested in the HRA's vision is for this area and any specific plans that may be under <br />consideration. The HPC looks forward to commenting on concept plans or specific <br />proposals in the spirit of supporting the existing character of this area as outlined in the <br />"Old Town" section of the city's Comprehensive Plan. <br />
