This letter contains the terms and conditions under which the State of Minnesota. Department of Natural Resources is authorizing you to reproduce the above-described work. The State of Minnesota, is and remains the owner of this work, and reproduction of it is not allowed without our express permission. Permission is granted to you without fee.
